Ingredients:

• 3 oz fresh pomegranate juice
• 1 lime squeezed
• 2 oz lychee juice from can
• sparkling water

Garnish:

• Lychee stuffed with a blueberry (to resemble eyeballs)
• Ice, for serving

Instructions:

1. Juice both the fresh pomegranate and lime.
2. Pour the fruit juices and the lychee juice into a glass filled with ice.
3. Add the sparkling water and stir.
4. Add lychee stuffed with a blueberries to create the “eyeball” effect.
