Ingredients:
Easy Caramel Sauce:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon gray sea salt, crushed or kosher salt
Hot Fudge Sauce:
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2/3 milk chocolate chips
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 (12oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Easy Caramel Sauce:
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water over medium-low heat until sugar dissolves
- Bring to a boil, without stirring. Boil until syrup is a deep amber color, 5 to 6 minutes
- Remove sugar from the heat, carefully whisk in the heavy cream
- Stir in unsalted butter and salt
- Transfer the caramel to a dish and cool
- Serve and enjoy!
Hot Fudge:
- In a medium sauce pan combine butter, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, sugar and evaporated milk. Stir to combine over medium-low heat
- Increase heat to medium-high and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low to keep simmering for 7 minutes (stir occasionally)
- Remove from heat, add vanilla and heavy cream
- Pour the mixture into a blender and blend the mixture for 2 minutes
- Serve immediately or pour into a heat safe container to enjoy!
