Open Faced Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • Multigrain bread loaf
  • 1 avocado
  • Cream cheese
  • Red onion
  • Tomato
  • Goat cheese
  • Sprouts
  • 2 slices pepper jack cheese
  • Artichoke hearts
  • Cornichons
  • Smoked salmon

Directions:

Avocado Sprout Sandwich

  1. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over a slice of bread
  2. Top with sliced avocado, tomato, red onion
  3. Sprinkle goat cheese crumbles and top with sprouts

 

Tomato and Cheese Sandwich

  1. Lay two slices of pepper jack cheese on a slice of bread
  2. Top with thin slices of heirloom tomatoes, sliced marinated artichoke hearts and sprouts

 

Open Face Salmon Sandwich

  1. Spread thin layer of cream cheese over a slice of bread
  2. Top with a thing layer of smoked salmon, thinly sliced red onion, sliced cornichons and sprouts
